Flash stamp machine instructions
The stamper machine must be plugged in a good grounding outlet.
- Pressure plate or pocket stamper machine
- After energizing, face up the printed sulfate paper (a auxiliaryary box for aligning picture and text is required), then put a larger OH transparent coating on it, after that place GUANGMIN spacing piece in the middle of the auxiliaryary box, at last put down the pressure plate and pull the tension rod up to hold down (the upper cover plate of the pocket stamper machine should be buckled well at last).
- Depending on the manufacture of different materials pad exposure, exposure size, stroke thickness can be adjusted the amount. Press the Start button when you need exposure Flash green or blue lights, (in this case non-open plate lights, in order to avoid exposure light irritation of the eyes), it will automatically charge the exposure, to wait after this light turns off before opening.
- After exposure, the blue or green light quenches. Then open the pressure plate, take out GUANGMING spacing piece. After that, oil it and install it.
- If the exposed light-sensitive pad 3mm or 4mm, required manufacturers to provide the magnetic acrylic plate posts in plate and gland below, then close the platen or gland exposure.
